When we confess and place ourselves completely broken on the altar of God, our heavenly Father is swift to affirm His love, forgive our sin and bring the change, restoration and healing we desire. God is faithful to complete every work He has started, including our recoveries.
It is painful. Difficult. Coming clean was the most frightening time of my life. But with professional Christian counseling and the accountability and support of other godly men, we can do whatever the Lord asks.
The journey is His. The first step is ours.
